Kehinde Daniel is currently the Managing Director of Kots Catering, a leading catering organization in Lagos, Nigeria founded in 1988. Before founding KOTS, Mrs. Daniel worked at various organizations including the Trust Forte Kensington close hotel London and Sheraton hotel and towers Lagos. She earned a higher technical diploma at Norwich Norfolk England where she graduated in 1985.
In 2007, she was awarded a level 4 certificate in managing food safety in catering from Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and advanced diploma in Health and Safety in the Workplace from the Royal Society for Promotion of Health.
Mrs. Daniel (FIH) is a Fellow and Chairperson of Institute of Hospitality UK (Nigeria Branch).
She is also a member of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and Royal Society for Promotion of Health and International Women’s Society (IWS).
She is the General Manager Of Kots Catering Nig Ltd. She joined our team in 1997 as personal assistant to the managing director.
Over the years, her way with people and her enthusiasm and commitment to growing and developing the business has been outstanding and has led to many success stories. She coordinates the activities in KOTS and oversees the operations of the organizations.
She recently completed a certificate course in intermediate Food and Safety BBC Masterchef Online Course, Train the Trainer and “Solving the People’s Puzzle”.
He is a financial consultant for Kots Catering Nig. Ltd. He began his working career in Ighodalo and Co. in 1993 in the audit unit and later rose to be the head of the consulting unit. He left the company in 1998 to head Marrion Williams and Associates, a management and consulting firm.
Mr. Adelodun who has built up a wealth of experience in consulting business over the years and specializes in setting up of accounting systems process, re-engineering, contract management of companies, feasibility studies, business plans for private(small and medium scale ventures and public sectors).
He has attended several management courses training and workshop and holds post graduate diploma (PgD) in strategic business and information technology, NCC(UK). He is also an associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants.
Mr Lawson Ajayi offer over 10 years of experience in facilities management with kots catering Nigeria ltd. He has BSC in physics and a master’s degree in marketing management.
Over the years he has completed several courses which includes intermediate food safety, train the trainer, safety leadership and culture, HACCP application, customer services and team building.
His strong knowledge of widely accepted methods,practices, and procedure for managing facilities as well as Health and Safety practices have been in cutting cost and optimizing production output. He is hard working,result oriented and a team player. He is currently the Assistant General Manager and Head HSE and Facility department in Kots catering NIgeria Limited.

Winifred Omordia is the head operation (events). She studied pure & applied chemisry at the University of Calabar(class of 93),she graduated with honors in 1998.
Her love for catering dates back as a young girl when she use create her own recipes for her family,this love guarded her path to the career she adores.
She has training in Effective Supervision and Team Building Efficiency in Food and Beverage Environment from the institute of hospitality.UK(Nigeran Branch).
Winifred has worked in Waterwell Oil services,Port Harcourt(Laboratory Assistant),Edo Hotel,Benin City(Personal Assistant to the chairman),Zinos Suites(Manager),De Queens(Manager) She loves music,travel,cook and read.
He started his food and beverage carrier from I.T.T Sheraton hotel and towers, Lagos, where he worked in food and beverage department and obtained a certificate of achievement.
He is creative, humble, energetic, friendly, polite, fair but firm. He is a good team player, manages fifteen members of staff under his department and uphold integrity as his watch word.
He attended some courses on customer service excellence, supervisory skill and time management at the Daisy Management Centre Lagos, S.P.P-Vision international leadership consultancy – Lagos, Team building, intra / interpersonal relationship at Kots Catering Nigeria Limited, Lagos, where he works presently.
He loves reading, football and travelling.
This dynamic and target driven HR practitioner has, for 5 years at Kots catering, risen to the head, Human Resource and Administration Department. Over the years, she has proven to be hardworking and resourceful with excellent organizational and staff management skills. She has been instrumental to a lot of reforms in the department and organization as a whole.
Ever playful and cheerful, Uche is as astute as she is approachable. In her spare time she enjoys conceptualizing interior designs, and dancing.
